Food prepared with the products of our organic farm

The dining room accommodates about 30 people in a very intimate environment, almost a private: it is cozy and familiar with a fireplace that is lit when needed; on the table we usually serve dishes with our products and/or the immediate vicinity, faithful as much as possible to the good practice of km0.

In the kitchen we prepare typical mountain recipes of the area such as tortelli, pasta, wild boar, hunter, mushrooms, cold cuts and fruit tarts, using mostly our products in respect of the seasons.

Our garden produces vegetables that when not served fresh, are processed or preserved for our guests and always become part of the appetizers and side dishes, as well as the wild herbs that the meadows offer us.

The bread is homemade using local and organic flours (these are not produced), we prepare it in the day and is cooked after a long leavening.

The menu that is always our proposal includes several appetizers, one or two first and second courses, the side dish, dessert, coffee and coffee killer. In summer you can also have lunch outdoors or in the evening have an aperitif around the bonfire.

We raise chickens, sheep and calves to offer you the most genuine meats, with sauces or Parmesan, always light dishes and suitable for the season. 

Honey, berries, fruit and eggs make up the desserts that we offer. 

The wines are those of the Lamoretti winery in Casatico, and the infusions are still ours, prepared with herbs, berries or fruit, so as not to leave us with a bitter taste.

The courses are always abundant, but above all prepared with care and passion by expert hands. 

If you are vegetarian or have intolerances we are happy to offer you an appropriate menu.
